Delivery is free to locations between Los Altos and Burlingame. For areas outside this range, additional charges apply as follows:

     $10 - Millbrae, Daly City, San Bruno, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Saratoga,      Campbell, Los Gatos

     $15 - North of S. San Francisco, East Bay and South Bay locations
